In this engaging, healthy, and fun workshop, Nadia will provide your child two sessions a day, under the following format:

Morning Session - Morning Movement, Exercise & Yoga

10am - 30minutes

This session includes:

  • Stretching & Breathing Exercises

    • Excellent way of increasing blood flow and preparing the body and mind for the days activities

  • Vocal warm ups

    • A fantastic method in releasing anxiety, or nervousness around schoolwork or tasks.

  • Chat & Share

    • An important social interaction with other children, this activity is an opportunity for each child to bring something they own or is in their house to the group to chat and share

Afternoon Session - Lets get Creative!

Afternoon creativity including music, art &craft, story time & relaxation

2pm - 1hr

This session includes:

  • a different activity each day including:

    • Drawing

    • Music

    • Dance & Theatre

    • Informative Craft (e.g. geographical crafts)

    • Filmmaking
