Overview:

Do you have an ear for what sounds good, and can imagine how it would work in the music marketplace? The Producer Manager course, explores how to produce music, and develop a marketable sound that can then be delivered and sold to the public. Whether for your own music, or working with artists and/or bands, you will understand how the industry works, and learn how to apply artist management principles.

Delivered over 3 face to Face sessions, they include the following focus areas:

Production:

Production Lifecycle - understanding how to put together a production plan, with timelines, budgets, and roles & responsibilities
- Critical Listening (identifying what is working in the song)

Music Industry and Management:
- Industry Environment Scan (analysis of what's really happening in the industry)
- Artist Management - understanding how your artist(s) works, and finding the best methods to get the best performance from them

In this package, you will learn more on how the music industry works, and through your own music or artists, learn how to take it to the marketplace.
