Cancel Lesson

If you need to cancel a lesson, please log into your Udio Account and cancel lesson.

If cancelling up to 24hrs prior, you will be issued a ‘Voucher’ which you can use towards a make up lesson with any River Road Teachers.

All students are provided One Voucher per Term

If you prefer to schedule your make up lesson with your teacher, but they do not have any available spots or need assistance scheduling, please contact your teacher with their River Road email which defaults to firstname@riverroad.edu.au - please cc Pat at patrick@riverroad.edu.au

Cancelling Roll Over - Individual Lessons only

Each Term we will automatically roll over all currently registered students into the next school term

If there are any changes to your booking, or need to pause lessons, please email us at info@riverroad.edu.au, or reply to the email communications regarding this by the last Friday of the Term. After this date all registered students are committed to the following term lessons and associated Fees and Attendance Policy available here: https://riverroad.edu.au/fees
